When you call in to RoadRunner Fleet Service, we will request information regarding your breakdown, vehicle & company information.
Prior to dispatch, you will need to sign and complete a service & payment authorization form that can be done right from your smartphone. You will be charged a service fee of $150.00 and service will be dispatched.
Upon completion of service, you will be responsible to pay the remaining balance including, but not limited to labor (hourly rate), parts, hookup and/or any surcharges and fees. Your unit will be released upon completion of service and payment.
An invoice will be sent to the email on file and in some instances a hard copy may be provided on-site.
We Accept All Major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX), ComData, EFS, InstaBill, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay & E-Check.
No, We Do Not Accept Crypto.
Yes! We are Licensed, Bonded & Insured and information can be provided upon request.
